Remembering a Sweet, Intelligent, and Brave Soul

The Akhila Memorial Trust was founded in loving memory of Akhila, a sweet, intelligent, and brave 9-year-old girl who tragically lost her life to leukemia. Known for her strength and kindness, Akhila was taken too soon—just six months after her diagnosis. Her loss left a deep void in the hearts of her family and everyone who knew her.

Moved by this heartbreaking experience, her family turned their pain into purpose by establishing the Akhila Memorial Trust in 2019. Having witnessed Akhila's suffering, they deeply understood the trauma that families endure when their child battles a life-threatening illness like leukemia. This inspired them to support other children facing similar struggles—especially those from underprivileged or financially challenged backgrounds.

The Trust is not just about raising funds. It's about offering hope, care, and support to families in their darkest moments. By providing emotional and financial assistance, the Akhila Memorial Trust ensures that no family feels alone in their fight.
